How the WhatsApp print proof works
After you order a personalised item, we send a print proof on WhatsApp before anything is printed. You check spelling, colours, size and the cut. Nothing goes to press until you reply that it is correct. That is how we avoid reprints on names, logos and Arabic text.
What you receive
A photo or a flattened preview of your design on the actual size and shape — for stickers that is the same live preview you built on the product page, cleaned for print. We send it to the mobile number on the order. If you prefer another number, write it in the delivery notes.
What to check
Read every word, including Arabic hamza and English capitals. Check that the logo is not stretched. For die-cut, look at the white contour. For foil and holographic, remember the screen cannot show metal or rainbow exactly — we note that on the message. Reply with one clear change, or with “approved”.
How long it adds
Most proofs go out the same working day you order. After you approve, printing takes 2–4 working days, then delivery. If you do not reply, we wait — we do not print on a guess. That is why the designer on the website still says “We send you a print proof on WhatsApp before printing.”
Questions people ask
- Can I skip the proof?
- We do not skip it on personalised print. A five-minute check saves a full reprint.
- What if I need a change after I approved?
- Message us immediately. If the job has not gone to press we can still change it. Once it is printed, a new pack is a new order.
